The Arrival
The idea of anticipating and preparing for the Christ Child dates back about 1,500 years in the tradition know as Advent. The term "Advent" means "Coming". In this 4-week series called "The Arrival" you will experience - *Hope - in long ago traditions and how they are continued today; The Peace - that Mary and Joseph had when they were chosen as the Holy Family and their courage, faith and confidence to live out God's plan for their lives: *The Joy in Trusting God to take care of us, no matter how difficult following him may be; * The Love - and reason Jesus came to the world, to save it, not condemn it. Make an Advent Wreath and bring the family together to join you on your journey through this Advent Season.
